Jeremy Franks

Jeremy has extensive experience as a leader, facilitator, trainer and coach, and has a particular interest in the fields of executive development and organisational change, and in working with organisations and teams to help them create ‘high-performance’ cultures. As a coach, he has a practical and commercial approach, developed through his experience of having worked with many executives throughout Europe and the Americas. He is accredited as a coach through the EMCC.

Jeremy works with businesses from a wide range of sectors (e.g professional services, financial services, property, engineering, biotech, non-profit) up to and including Board level. Whilst UK based, his work takes him to all parts of the world, in particular to continental Europe, North America and Asia.

Prior to joining Aretai, where he is a Partner, he was at Deloitte’s consulting businesses where he led Talent within EMEA and globally. Prior to his experience with Deloitte, Jeremy was an HR Director at PwC and oversaw the successful integration of two of the largest professional services firms in the world. He also played a key role in developing and implementing a new strategy supporting the globalisation of the business. He began his career with them as a chartered accountant and tax adviser.

Jeremy is a graduate of Trinity College, Oxford and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Tax and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
