Jeremy Franks

Jeremy specialises in the fields of executive and team development, and in supporting individuals, teams and organisations through change. He works across multiple sectors, but recent major assignments have been within professional services, biotechnology and not-for-profit.

Before joining Aretai, Jeremy worked at Deloitte where he led HR in the consulting business within EMEA and globally. While there he was involved in considerable merger and acquisition activity. He worked with the executive leadership team in designing and implementing senior development programmes to drive performance.

Prior to his experience with Deloitte, Jeremy was HR Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He supported the business through a major transformation programme, including a substantial merger, and initiated and led a number of changes which directly impacted personnel.

When not engaged in professional work you’ll find him involved in some sporting activity (watching or playing), or pursuing charitable and other interests.

Jeremy is a graduate of Trinity College, Oxford and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Tax, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
