David Presswell

David specialises in the coaching of individuals and teams. As a coach his distinctiveness lies in supporting intelligent leaders on emotional journeys.

His clients range across a number of sectors and include household names in energy, retail, banking, pharma and media.

Prior to joining Aretai he was a director and Head of Global Coaching at YSC – a business psychology consultancy providing recruitment assessment and executive coaching for over half the FTSE 100.

His early career was as a TV director of documentaries for BBC and Channel 4 in the UK; Discovery, PBS and A&E in the US.  In 1999 he helped set up a digital media company specialising in video-over-broadband.

He is qualified as a coach with The Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring, as well as in a large number of psychometrics and coaching approaches, including Systemic Constellations. He has an MA in English Literature from Oxford University.
