Leticia Corbisier
Leticia has extensive experience in designing and delivering tailored development for business professionals at varying career levels. With a multi-cultural background, Leticia speaks English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. Leticia’s exposure to different cultures inspired her to study the impact of cultural influences in the workplace and multi-cultural teams. In addition to live workshops, she designs interactive remote training delivered via video conference and webinars for virtual collaboration.
Prior to joining the Aretai network as an Associate, Leticia was the EMEA Regional Senior Learning and Development Manager at law firm White & Case, running leadership programs and various skills workshops. Leticia also worked at Ashurst delivering face-to-face and virtual programs for lawyers, trainee solicitors and clients. Earlier in her career she worked as a change management agent and trainer in local government and delivered technical skills training at Unisys, a global software firm in Amsterdam.
Leticia has a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Workplace Learning, a Bachelor degree in Business Management and a CIPD Certificate of Personnel Practice. She is a MBTI practitioner and held a committee member role on the Legal and Education Training Group, an organisation that promotes best practice for senior L&D professionals within the Legal sector in the UK.
Outside work, Leticia is a basketball player who also enjoys travelling, photography and interior design.
