With the explosion of economic, regulatory and technological changes facing businesses today, the Internal Audit function needs a seat at the strategy table, influence in the decision-making process and the confidence to lead through change.

Whilst technical (sector, product and audit) skills remain essential, it is hardly surprising that leadership and interpersonal skills are in high demand.

Our programme is structured over four days and allows time for participants to develop these skills in an environment grounded in internal audit reality. The programme is practical, experiential and draws on the expertise and experience of peers in the room.
