Aretai was founded in 2004 with the purpose of providing the Professional and Financial Services Sector with solutions to improve the performance of their people.

We still provide this, though our reach has expanded significantly in the years since. We now offer services from Consulting and Coaching to Executive Search, across a range of sectors. We have also added a number of specialists in their field to our team who share our passion for change and performance improvement.
