Many congratulations to our great friends at Michelmores in winning the Excellence in L&D Award at last night’s HR in Law Awards 2019.

The judging panel was particularly impressed by the way they had aligned their Partner Development Programme with the strategic objectives for the Firm and how it had delivered demonstrable improvements in both financial performance and engagement.

We were delighted to have played a part in the design and delivery of the Programme and look forward to working on the evolution of the Programme over the coming year.
