We are delighted to welcome Shalini Sequeira

We are delighted to announce that Shalini Sequeira has joined our Aretai network.  She brings extensive skills and experience in coaching and leadership development across a range of sectors.  These include finance, law, academia, government, the NHS, global development and charities, retail and pharmaceuticals.  Her earlier career was as a senior finance lawyer with Norton Rose and Shearman & Sterling, followed by a number of in-house legal roles.

She has a particular interest in Equity and Inclusion, and the role Coaching can play in creating more diverse leadership teams, and has herself worked and lived globally.  Shalini holds a Diploma in Coaching and is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach accredited at ACC level.

We very much look forward to working with Shalini and introducing her to our clients.
