Louise Fleming

Louise has worked in and with professional and financial services firms for 25 years. She has a track record in leadership and management roles and her work as a coach, facilitator and consultant draws on this experience, engaging people to realise their potential.  Louise has a particular interest in working with professionals to develop their leadership, relationship and commercial skills.

Before joining Aretai LLP, Louise co-founded the consultancy Kingsmead Square. She previously worked for Barclays where she held a number of key leadership positions including sector head for professional services, South West regional head, Global COO for internal audit and UK risk partner. Louise was awarded Barclays Woman of the Year in 2007.

Louise is a chartered accountant and started her career at Andersen before joining Deloitte. She worked as a risk consultant for financial services firms and also spent two years consulting to the regulator. Louise’s international experience includes a secondment to Australasia where she managed the financial services sector business development programme.

Louise is a regular speaker at conferences and events. She has a diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a BA honours degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis. When not working in the City, Louise loves being at home in the countryside with her family and Bella the border terrier.
