Judith helps senior leaders design and deliver the talent development and change programmes their organisations need to succeed. She works with a wide range of clients across professional services and listed companies as well as in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Her assignments range from leadership coaching to performance development and reward, succession planning and board effectiveness.
With a passion for seeing people thrive within their organisation, Judith has spent much of her career leading award-winning HR teams. She was HR Director and Executive Team member at law firm Addleshaw Goddard, and before then at Andersen, where she was HR Director for the UK and CEE. She continues to work with HR leaders on developing their teams and maximising the impact of their function on organisational success.
Judith loves the outdoors and is a keen skier. She has a degree in Modern Languages, is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the RSA.
